MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas – A man in his 70s is the the first confirmed case of West Nile virus in Montgomery County for 2022, according to Texas Department of State Health Services. The Montgomery County Public Health District said the patient resides in the 77301 zip code and is currently hospitalized.
