MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas — 4:45 A.M. UPDATE: A source with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says the 3-month-old boy was found safe, but did not give an update on the status of the suspect in the shooting. DPS had already confirmed that the AMBER Alert was canceled for the missing infant.
