THE WOODLANDS, TX — On April 30th 2022, Deputies responded to the Walmart parking lot on College Park Drive in reference to a catalytic converter theft. Through the course of their investigation, deputies determined that the suspect vehicle is a black 4-door Cadillac CTS bearing Texas paper tag #0179J80. The suspects are described as two black males of thin build, with one having short dreadlocks that come down to his ears.
