Montgomery County Emergency Services District No. 10, which serves the Magnolia area, held a graduation ceremony April 29 as 12 full-time firefighters joined the department, according to Winkler Public Relations, which represents ESD 10. Ten of the 12 new firefighters previously served in volunteer or part-time capacity with the department.
