A man and woman are facing felony charges in Montgomery County after allegedly stealing more than $4,000 in fuel from an Exxon gas station last week. Silvino Martinez-Perez, 41, of Houston, and Roseanne Verdecia-Reyes, 41, of Katy, are charged with the state jail felony offense of theft of property, according to Montgomery County District Clerk records.
