While looking for a new director of development, the Montgomery County Food Bank found exactly who they were looking for in the local nonprofit community. Earlier this month the food bank announced the appointment of Kathy Rifaat to the position of director of development. Before taking the position with the food bank Rifaat worked in the same position at the Montgomery County Community Assistance Center, and before that with Interfaith of The Woodlands.
