Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constable’s deputies on Tuesday morning were part of a regional task force that apprehended a murder fugitive out of Oklahoma. Bryan Trochez-Gimenez, 22, is being held at the Montgomery County Jail awaiting extradition, according to Tuesday evening jail records and the constable’s office. Trochez-Gimenez, according to Precinct 4 and media reports, is wanted for the September 2017 murder of Wilson Perez, 19.
