MOCO Hospital District recognizes 2 amazing paramedics. Montgomery County Hospital District paramedics went above and beyond to help a couple!. This incredible story of generosity in caring for an elderly couple over the past few weeks started when Paramedics Nikki Buchanan and Chelsie Bilger were dispatched to the home of a couple in their 90s. They found the couple in very poor living conditions. They had no family to care for them and were very hungry.
