ELECTIONS UPDATE: Crenshaw wins Republican U.S. 2nd Congressional District seat

With 111 of 111 election day precincts reporting in Montgomery County and 206 of 750 voting centers in Harris County reporting, Republican incumbent Dan Crenshaw appears to have won the 2nd Congressional District Republican nomination. Crenshaw received 40,016 votes, or 74.98% of votes in the election as of early March 2. Jameson Ellis received 8,322 votes, Martin Etwop received 2,551 votes and Milam Langella received 2,478 votes.
