For Conroe-area business owners it was green that trumped red or blue this past weekend. Saturday’s Save America rally featuring former President Donald Trump and other statewide elected officials brought what is being called the largest crowd in Montgomery County history to the Montgomery County Fairgrounds. And it also brought an influx of out-of-town travelers who all needed to eat, sleep and spend money locally.
