Midland, Texas (KOSA) – Justin Painter, the son of the late Midland County Sheriff Gary Painter, has won Officer of the Year with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office. Justin was honored on Tuesday at a ceremony. Gary Painter served as the Sheriff of Midland County from 1985 to 2019.
