Early voting will run from Feb. 14-25 for the March 1 primary election. Early voting times vary by county. In Harris County, early voting locations will be open 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Feb. 14-19, Feb. 22-23 and Feb 25; noon-7 p.m. Feb. 20; and 7 a.m.-10 p.m. Feb. 24, according to the county’s election website.
