The Board of Directors of the East Montgomery County Improvement District will honor area law enforcement officers at its 18th annual Law Enforcement Appreciation Dinner and Officers of the Year Ceremony Tuesday, Feb. 22. “Horse Soldier” Will Summers will be the guest speaker at the event, held this year at the Nathaniel Center located at 804 Russell Palmer in Kingwood to accommodate more officers and the public.
