The Woodlands Township Board of Directors is moving forward with an agreement to develop a process for improvements in Montgomery County rights of way around the community. According to information from the township, about a year ago legal counsel for both the township and the county were working on a comprehensive interlocal agreement that would provide blanket approval for any township improvements in the county’s rights of way. However, that process was put on hold pending the outcome of the incorporation election in November.
