Montgomery County law enforcement gathered Wednesday afternoon to honor and recognize the sacrifice of Harris County Precinct 5 Deputy Charles Galloway and Harris County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Ramon Gutierrez. Galloway was killed Sunday and Gutierrez was killed Monday.
