The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office busted a cockfight in east Montgomery County earlier this week, seizing dozens of live roosters and also collecting some dead ones. Felipe Morales, 54, of New Caney, is being charged with cockfighting, according to the sheriff’s office. He was taken to the Montgomery County Jail, the agency added. Jail records on Wednesday afternoon did not show Morales in custody.
