THE WOODLANDS, TX — On November 8, 2021, the individual pictured above entered a private office of a medical practice in The Woodlands, TX, and reportedly stole an employee’s wallet. The suspect later made several unauthorized purchases using the victim’s credit card, and has been connected to several other crimes of similar nature in the greater Houston area.
