A man has been taken into custody and charged with murder in an apparent connection to a fatal shooting Tuesday evening at a Spring apartment complex’s parking lot. Chase Alexander Rene Ellison, 28, of Houston, is being held on a $200,000 bond on murder charges at the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe, according to jail records.
