The Woodlands will mark the beginning of the holiday season with the 39th annual Lighting of the Doves. The Lighting of the Doves, a free and family-friendly event, will take place starting at 3 p.m. Nov. 20 at Town Green Park. Activities at the event will include balloon art, crafts, face painting, snow play areas and slides, and a live reindeer photo area. Local vendors and concessions will be available at the event and snow play areas will require a $5 wrist band for entry.
