Montgomery County Animal Shelter (MCAS) is excited to offer FREE spay/neuter services. MCAS is excited to offer FREE spay/neuter services funded by Petco Love and the Humane Society of Montgomery County, Texas. We are partnering with Texas Litter Control to provide these surgeries and have space for 400 dogs (no cats at this time). Dogs must be owned (not in foster or with rescue) by a resident of Montgomery County excluding residents of City of Conroe and City of Willis.
