Montgomery city officials are considering the feasibility of a new residential development, examining the benefits and changes it would bring to the city. If agreed upon, Porter Farms would yield 98 single family units north of FM 1097 and east of Liberty Street. It is a 26 acre project, with 22 acres located within city limits and 4 acres outside, City Engineer Chris Roznovsky explained at the Tuesday night meeting.
