MAGNOLIA, TX — The American Public Works Association (APWA) has awarded the SH249 Toll Road as a APWA Texas Chapter 2021 Award Recipient in the category of Transportation Greater than 75M and Public Works Project of the Year. Montgomery County Commissioner Precinct. 2 Charlie Riley, SpawGlass Civil Construction, Halff, and Jones & Carter each received a plaque at the ceremony at Moody Gardens in Galveston on October 21st for the project.
