MAGNOLIA, TX — On Wednesday, October 26, 2021, in the 221st District Court with Judge Lisa Michalk presiding, Neptali Narvaez-Rojas pled guilty to three counts of Sexual Assault of a Child and was sentenced to 35 years in prison. The punishment range for Sexual Assault of a Child is 2-20 years in prison, and Narvaez-Rojas agreed to serve three sentences of 20, 10, and 5 years consecutively. The charges and plea stem from abuse that occurred to one victim for offenses that occurred in Montgomery County, Texas. Due to the nature of the charges and the plea, Narvaez-Rojas will be required to serve a minimum of 17 1/2 years before he is even eligible for parole. Narvaez is 57 years old.
