Montgomery County Pct. 2 Constable Gene DeForest is proud to announce the promotion of two deputies and the new hires of two deputies for his office. In a ceremony on Wednesday, September 29, 2021, Constable DeForest officially promoted deputies Toby McLaughlin and Bobby Garcia to Investigators in the newly created Animal Cruelty Unit. These Investigators will work closely with Montgomery County Animal Services to investigate incidents of animal cruelty and abuse throughout Montgomery County.
