Around 120 residents filled the ballroom of The Woodlands Resort Wednesday afternoon to hear from local leaders about what incorporation for The Woodlands Township might mean. On the upcoming November ballot, residents of The Woodlands will have the chance to vote on whether or not they want the township to officially become a city. Incorporation is an issue that The Woodlands has been discussing for years but it was officially added to the November ballot on Aug. 13.
