Splendora Police conducted a traffic stop for 86 in a posted 65 mile per hour zone. Upon further investigation, officers discovered 24 pounds of Methamphetamine and 22 pounds of cocaine. The driver, identified as Milton Joseph Egby, 27, of 10010 Noisy Waters in Houston was arrested and booked into the Montgomery County Jail on two counts of manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance. He has no bond.
