Just before midnight Sunday East Montgomery County Firefighters along with Caney Creek Fire and Porter Fire were dispatched to a structure fire in the 17200 block of Bent Pine off Acorn Hill in New Caney. The first units on the scene reported a 30 by 30 metal building with heavy fire and multiple explosions from propane bottles. They were able to bring the fire under control however there was extensive damage to the contents.
