Just before 6pm Monday evening a driver lost control of his vehicle at Bilnoski and FM 1097 East, just inside the Montgomery County line. New Waverly was first on scene and reported the driver was trapped and there was severe damage to the utility pole. NMC Fire and New Waverly Fire worked to free the victim who was transported to the hospital in stable condition.
