Law Enforcement is investigating shots fired disturbance at the Food Town on FM 1485 in New Caney. Reports were a male was in a Honda Accord when several shots rang out in the vehicle. The male exited the vehicle and as the vehicle fled the male fired several more shots shooting out the back window. The vehicle is believed to have headed north on I-69 from FM 1485. If anyone has any information contact Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
