MIB TAKE DOWN WANTED FELON

After many hours of investigative work, Montgomery County Precinct 4 Deputies executed a warrant service conducted at a hotel on Eastex Freeway near Beltway 8, in Harris County. Assisted by Harris County Sheriff’s Office and US Marshals along with Montgomery County Precinct 2 Deputy Jason Smith, Abb Alvin Hester, 39, of 18299 Rolling Hills in Porter was arrested and booked into the Montgomery County Jail on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon with a $20,000 bond and bond forfeiture on the charge of taking certain wildlife resources without permission, This stemmed from a November 18, 2020 arrest by the Texas Game Wardens after he shot a deer while trespassing on private property. He then failed to appear in court on the charge in July. Hester is well known to Montgomery County Law Enforcement.
