THE WOODLANDS, TX — The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to identify the suspect pictured below who stole a victim’s purse from her vehicle in the Costco parking lot located at 8185 Highway 242 in Conroe, Texas, on July 15, 2021. The suspect later made several thousand dollars worth of purchases with the victim’s debit card at a Nordstrom store in Houston, Texas. The suspect is described as a black male wearing a black jacket, a gray t-shirt with a dinosaur and the word “Basquiat” on the front, and green pants. The male left the location in a white Cadillac sedan.
