Magnolia Police Department Roadside Investigation Results in Arrest Due to Possession of Controlled Substances and a Weapon

MAGNOLIA, TX — Last night, Magnolia Police Department conducted a traffic stop on S. Magnolia Blvd. After a roadside investigation and the assistance of a Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable K9, officers located 25.1 grams of cocaine, 44.8 grams of Adderall and a pistol. The driver, out of New Caney, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
