A woman is wanted in the arson-related death of a man who was doused with a liquid and lit on fire at a Kingwood home, Houston police said. Emma Presler, 19, faces a murder charge in Montgomery County. Authorities said she was behind the Aug. 6 fatal assault of Devin Graham, 33.
