As you are aware there was an industrial accident at the Margaritaville Resort this afternoon. Conroe PD initiated an investigation into the accident that caused the death of one of the workers. The Montgomery County Forensic Center was also on scene, as well as Judge Wayne Mack. Safety officials with Entergy were also in the beginning stages of an investigation, as the workers were contractors from another company. Margaritaville is still without power and has now closed the resort for the safety of the guests, and until a thorough investigation can be conducted by safety crews and investigators.
