A Montgomery County Precinct 4 K9 Unit attempted to stop a stolen vehicle in Kingwood Wednesday morning. The driver ignored the Deputy’s lights and sirens, leading him on a slow-speed pursuit, at times as low as 20 miles per hour. The pursuit ended in the Humble Costco parking lot. While waiting on Montgomery County units for backup, Humble Police responded to assist. Christina Dlynn Tolar, 32, of 226 Water Fall Drive in Huffman was taken into custody.
