MIB ARREST 4TH TIME DWI DRIVER AFTER HE WAS GIVEN PROBATION FOR HIS 3RD DWI 30 DAYS AGO

Just before 11 pm Saturday night Montgomery County Precinct 4 Deputies received a call of a possible intoxicated driver on FM 1485. The deputy located and stopped the vehicle on FM 1485 near Mexican John on suspicion of being intoxicated. It was determined by the deputy the driver was impaired. He was arrested for DWI third or more. Actually, it was his fourth. Timothy Aaron Taylor, 46, of 19984 Live Oak Estates Drive in Porter was arrested on February 12, 2020, by Cleveland Police. He was found to be intoxicated and Cleveland Police filed DWI Third on him in the 75th District Court in Liberty County. After a plea bargain deal, Judge Mark Morefield sentenced Taylor to 10 years probation and 200 hours of Community Service. This was only 30-days and now he is back in the Montgomery County Jail on a $30,000 bond. Taylor was arrested on February 15, 2009, by Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for his second DWI. For that, he was sentenced to 180 days in the Montgomery County Jail. In 1994 he was sent to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for Aggravated Assault and Evading Arrest in Harris County. He now faces not just a judge in Montgomery County but the possibility of his probation being revoked in Liberty County.
