An impaired 16-year-old teen who admitted to Precinct 4 Deputies he had been drinking left the parking lot of the pizza business on FM 1314 and darted across five lanes of traffic trying to go down Kelly Jo Smith toward Walmart when he was t-boned by a westbound BMW and flipped. Neither driver was injured. The teen was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Center in Conroe.
