Carol Gooch’s passion for helping women grow personally and professional is as vibrant as the red outfits she’s known for. For 33 years, Gooch has worked to serve Montgomery County residents. She has worked in mental health in the county since 1988. And in 2005, she founded the Montgomery County Association of Business Women, a networking organization aimed at helping women in business grow.
