Monday afternoon Walker County began a pursuit of a stolen vehicle southbound on I-45 at speeds over 100 miles per hour. Montgomery County and DPS joined in in Willis. The vehicle continued south to Windsor Lakes where the suspects exited the freeway across the median, turned on Windsor Lakes, and vanished into the woods. Montgomery County Deputies, Conroe Police, DPS, Precinct 3 Constables, and Shenandoah Police surrounded the area. Besides the streets, they set up in hotel parking lots and the shopping center. One suspect was captured shortly after. He was transferred to the hospital after claiming to have seizures (jailitus). After an extensive search, the other suspects which are believed to have been at least two were not located.
