Harris County Precinct 4 Constables responded to shots fired call at the Pier Point Apartments located at 23770 Springwoods Village. They arrived to find a male and female deceased. Harris County Homicide is enroute. The scene is just south of the Montgomery County line off Hardy Toll Road.
