A toddler is in critical condition after a near-drowning in a swimming pool in Porter, according to the Montgomery County Police Reporter. The toddler, reportedly 3 years old, was removed from a pool at the Villas of Valley Ranch Apartments on Valley Ranch Crossing Drive, the police reporter said.
