Friday afternoon Montgomery County Precinct 5 Deputies conducted a traffic stop near FM 1488 and FM 2978. in Magnolia. The driver identified as Nahun Rigoberto Hernandez Santos, 36, of 3223 Trail Lake in Houston was found to be in possession of a controlled substance (Cocaine). The male passenger was found to have an outstanding warrant out of El Salvador for murder. Both males were taken to the Montgomery County Jail. The male with the warrant will have an “ICE” hold on him and will be pending deportation. Nahun Rigoberto Hernandez Santos is being held on a $30,000 bond.
