An east Montgomery County K-9 sustained injuries while apprehending a man wanted on multiple warrants. Just before 9 p.m. June 2, Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constable’s deputies located Mark Steven Myers, 39, of New Caney, inside a vehicle in the 16000 block of Pickering Road in Conroe. K-9 Kodiak, a German Shepherd, was deployed on Myers who was reaching for something and failing to obey officers’ multiple commands to exit the vehicle, according to the Pct. 4 Constable’s Office.
