Cut N Shoot Assistant Police Chief Norman L. Wilkerson, 57, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail just before 11 am Tuesday morning. He was arrested at the Cut N Shoot Police Department. His charge is Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child. We are currently working on the very lengthy and detailed information and will release the story later this afternoon. The complaint includes allegations of sexual assault of at least two children for years and had also attempted suicide several times.
