On October 18, 2020, Umanzor was arrested for driving while intoxicated on US 59 by Montgomery County Precinct 4 Deputies. On April 5, 2021 he was found guilty in Montgomery County Court 5 by Judge Stewart and given a $800 fine and 3 days in jail which was credited from the time he was first arrested. Now, 47 days later he is once again arrested for DWI my Montgomery County Precinct 4 Deputies on FM 1314 and Partners Way.
