A Precinct 4 K9 Deputy made contact with a suspicious person near I-69 and Fostoria Rd. After investigation, the driver, identified as Joseph Glen Vaughn, Jr., 39, of 22508 Needham in Porter showed to have a warrant out of Montgomery County for failure to appear on a forgery charge and a Parole Warrant. Vaughn was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
