An $8.1 million project to widen Gosling Road will go out for bids May 28, Montgomery County Precinct 3 officials announced May 25. The project will be a joint effort between Precinct 3 and Harris County Precinct 4, with Montgomery County providing $4 million, or about half of the cost, officials said.
