Deputy recovering after shooting; suspect in custody

A Montgomery County deputy is in stable condition and expected to recover after a a shooting in Magnolia last night. Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance report just before 8 p.m. Thursday in the 22000 block of Allyson Road, where the caller claimed the suspect had fired shots at neighbors.
