Construction to begin on new $92M hotel, convention center in Conroe

Construction of a new $92 million hotel and convention center at Grand Central Park in Conroe is expected to begin this month. Conroe City council members got the update on the project from Broaddus & Associates during its January meeting. The city contracted with Broaddus last year to over see the project on the city’s behalf.
