As of Feb. 16, The Woodlands Water Agency, which serves as the central management agency for 10 municipal utility districts in The Woodlands area, shared temporary emergency contact information since its voicemail system was disabled by “weather-related technical difficulties,” according to social media posts. The water emergency number is 936-446-6762, and the announcement instructs customers to leave their name, address and phone number on the message.
